The Employee Relief fund is run by employees for employees. The committee is responsible for collecting donations and conducting several fundraisers each year. Employees who have an emergency can submit a request for assistance. The most common requests are to help employees and their families when they’ve experienced a home fire, keeping the electric or water from being turned off, replacing a tire so they can get to work, etc. This is a great example of making people’s lives better and helps set us apart from the rest.
